ABOUT MONTANA STATE WOMEN'S LACROSSE CLUB
The Montana State University Women’s Lacrosse Club competes in the Women’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association (WCLA) and the Rocky Mountain Women’s Lacrosse League (RMWLL), taking on programs from Montana, Utah, Idaho, Colorado, and Wyoming.

In May 2025, the team reached a historic milestone, qualifying for the WCLA National Championship Tournament for the first time in program history. MSU advanced to the championship game after defeating both the #3 and #2 ranked teams in the nation, ultimately finishing as national runners-up. Four players earned All-American honors: Eleah Ho was named First Team All-American and Middie of the Year, while Becca Zerr, Ellyce Davis, and Teagan Boggess were selected as Second Team All-Americans.

The team’s success is supported by the leadership of head coaches Cat Sammak and Grace Ware, both alumnae of the MSU program. In recent years, the Bobcats have developed into a highly competitive force while maintaining a strong emphasis on sportsmanship, leadership, and community engagement.

Off the field, MSU players are active in growing the sport locally, volunteering at youth girls’ lacrosse camps and encouraging the next generation of athletes. The program is dedicated to developing well-rounded student-athletes who excel academically, compete at a high level, and contribute positively to their community.

The Lady Cats believe lacrosse is much more than just a sport. It's a place were lifelong friendships are formed and unforgettable memories are made. They proudly represent Montana State University and can't wait to see what next season has in store.
